Product features of the mobile boarding platform :
◆ The mobile boarding platform is suitable for loading and unloading goods in warehouses, docks and factories. This series of mobile boarding platforms adopts hydraulic power lifting, which is easy to operate; the lifting power can use two power units of 380V/AC and DC motor. When the DC motor is used, the vehicle is equipped with a high-performance battery and a built-in charger;
◆ The mobile boarding platform is equipped with an adjustable auxiliary support seat to prevent the boarding platform from shifting during loading and unloading operations;
◆ Imported seals are used to ensure that the hydraulic system has excellent sealing performance;

Loading platform features:
◆ Designed through precise mechanical calculation, and has the advantages of light weight, good rigidity of the whole machine and large bearing capacity;
◆ The frame is welded by high-quality steel materials such as high-rigidity steel, square tube and special channel steel;
◆ The rear of the loading and unloading platform frame is equipped with an adjustable screw rod to support the ground, which is used for overall fixing during loading and unloading operations;
◆ There is a buffer rubber pad under the bottom frame of the loading and unloading platform, which acts as a buffer to reduce the impact when the platform is lowered to the ground;
◆ The loading and unloading platform is equipped with two front casters in front of the load-bearing bottom beam, and two universal wheels on the rear beam to facilitate the movement of the whole vehicle;
◆ The hydraulic system and electrical control system are installed on the side of the equipment, which is convenient for maintenance and prevents the vehicle from colliding with the electric control box when reversing with cargo loaded;

Instructions for the operation and use of the loading and unloading platform:
◆ Before use, the loading and unloading platform must be moved to a place where the ground is flat and the loading vehicle can be easily parked, and the power cord is connected to a place with a power socket, plugged in and connected to the power supply, and then the power supply of the machine is turned on. Close the protection switch and press the lifting control button. When you hear the sound of the hydraulic station motor rotating but the lifting platform does not rise, it may be that the motor is reversed. Please turn the power switch to the other direction to make the motor work normally. turn;
◆ Due to the height phenomenon of the loading vehicle compartment, the machine has been equipped with a pulley adjustment plate for the platform tongue plate, and the user can adjust the height according to the height of the loading vehicle;
◆ Before loading and unloading, the adjusting screw at the back of the machine must be adjusted until the rear universal wheel is off the ground before it can be used;
◆ When loading and unloading goods, after the goods are pushed onto the platform, the protective chain in front of the platform should be hung up to prevent the goods from slipping;
◆ It is strictly forbidden to carry goods on the Bendeng bridge. After the goods are loaded on the platform, the protective chains should be hung. The staff should stand on the ground to control the lifting operation of the platform.
Precautions for safe operation of loading and unloading platforms:
◆ Before using the loading and unloading platform, please read the instruction manual carefully, and must be turned on and operated by a designated person, and personnel without professional knowledge are not allowed to operate at will;
◆ The working pressure of the hydraulic system of the loading and unloading platform has been adjusted well before leaving the factory, and it is absolutely not allowed to adjust at will, so as to avoid accidents or damage to the parts. If the user adjusts it by himself and causes accidents or economic losses, the consequences will be at his own risk;
◆ The loading and unloading platform must be parked on a level site when in use, and it is absolutely not allowed to be parked on a place with uneven ground or a slope for loading and unloading operations. If you knowingly commit an accident and have an accident, you will be responsible for all the consequences;
◆ When loading and unloading goods on the loading and unloading platform, it is not allowed to start loading and the staff cannot be mixed with the goods. The staff must stand on the ground and operate the lifting button to control the lifting of the platform. If the staff and the goods are mixed, or when the working platform is raised If any protective measures are set up, personnel shall bear the consequences of accidents while standing under the bottom of the platform to work;
◆ Since the loading and unloading platform uses grid AC voltage, non-electrical professionals are not allowed to remove the cover of the electric control box at will to avoid electric shock accidents;
◆ The loading and unloading platform should be used in a place with a roof when it is parked normally and during loading and unloading. If it is temporarily necessary to load and unload goods in the open air, it should stop working in rainy days and cover the electric control box with adhesive tape to avoid rain. Risk of electric shock due to open circuit of wet electrical appliances;
◆ The power cord of the loading and unloading platform should not be dragged casually on the ground, so as to avoid pedestrians trampled and vehicles crushed. In the event of a breakdown of an electrical appliance that needs to be repaired, the power supply must be cut off before the repair can be done.
Maintenance and maintenance of loading and unloading platforms:
◆ The loading and unloading platform is a load-lifting equipment, and lubricating oil should be added to each moving part of the equipment before or after each work shift to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil on each moving part to avoid wear and tear caused by oil loss of each moving part;
◆ The hydraulic system of the loading and unloading platform adopts a highly integrated and efficient hydraulic station, which is reliable in quality, durable and easy to maintain. If it is found that the platform is not raised properly during use, and the noise of the hydraulic station is very loud, it may be the fuel tank If there is a shortage of oil, add oil at the fuel tank port to the 4/5 position of the fuel tank (at this time, the height of the platform should be lowered to the lowest position on the ground);
◆ After the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system has been used for a certain period of time, due to the deterioration of the hydraulic oil when it is operated at high temperature and high pressure for a long time, and the high-speed operation of the high-pressure oil pump is worn, the metal powder attached to the hydraulic oil will cause the hydraulic system to be cyclically worn. Drain all the old hydraulic oil and replace it with new hydraulic oil within half a year of use. It is recommended to use standard anti-wear 68HF-2 hydraulic oil;
◆ If it is necessary to overhaul the hydraulic system and disassemble any parts of the system, the lifting platform must be lowered to the lowest position, and the oil pipeline system can be disassembled only after the pressure is completely relieved;
◆ During the inspection and maintenance process, when the staff needs to work under the bottom of the loading and unloading platform platform, the platform chassis must be hung firmly or lifted with a support top before inspection and maintenance can be carried out.
◆ According to different work requirements and use environments, different workbench forms, power forms, control methods and other additional accessories can be configured, and colors can be selected to meet individual requirements.

If there is any failure of Rmtzn products, the customer should call the free technical support number marked on the Rmtzn quotation, order and other media, and contact the Rmtzn technical support department. A. 2. Online technical support
All end customers targeted by Rmtzn can enjoy web support and Rmtzn technical support services within the service period. If a product fails, customers can directly log in to the Rmtzn website service area through the Internet, search for special product services or notify Rmtzn to provide technical personnel and required parts for customers. Onsite support services will be provided in the country and region where the customer makes the service request, and are limited to countries and regions that are able to provide the products and parts purchased by the customer.
Please refer to the quotation for the specific service period. The online support service after the period shall be determined according to the Rmtzn service terms. If additional payment is required, Rmtzn will notify the customer as soon as possible. Rmtzn consumables and accessories such as wearing parts, batteries and others are subject to specific support services, notwithstanding the period of service.
3. On-site service technical support
On-site service provides service and support for customers' Rmtzn products outside the area of purchase. The service provided by Rmtzn (Jiangsu) is limited to mainland China. When customers experience a problem outside of their country, they can request Worldwide Service in any country where their products are supported. Service details and parts availability may vary by country. Customers should understand that due to the distance and traffic conditions of the product location, the response speed of the door-to-door service provided in different places will vary. Customers can obtain technical support in three ways 1) Customers can call the call center in their current area. 2) Customers can call the customer service representative or technical support representative listed on the quotation. 3) If repairs are required, Rmtzn technicians will arrange service through the Rmtzn call center at the customer's location. Rmtzn does not exclude that door-to-door services may be provided by Rmtzn service partners.■ After-sales service
• Product Warranty Product Service Policy
Rmtzn warrants to the customer that, unless otherwise specified, all products will be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. Within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, if the customer finds a defect, Rmtzn will choose to replace or repair the product. The invoice and related documents must be attached at the same time.
Products are free from defects in materials or workmanship as determined by Rmtzn. Repair or exchange is the entire compensation Rmtzn may offer to the customer.
Rmtzn promises a 1-year product warranty. If there is a quality problem within the warranty period, if on-site service is not required, Rmtzn will provide technical support services such as telephone and online, and express repair parts and bear the cost; if on-site service is required, Rmtzn promises on-site service within 48 hours , the relevant expenses shall be borne by Rmtzn. Rmtzn makes no warranties other than those stated above.
Rmtzn shall not be liable for catalog product defect claims or warranty claims arising from catalog product misuse, improper selection or improper application of catalog products. Rmtzn makes no warranties, implied or otherwise, other than those expressly provided by Rmtzn or the manufacturer of the product.
• The scope of product guarantee service
must have the original or photocopy of the invoice for product replacement. If the invoice is lost or the customer requests to re-issue the invoice, the customer needs to fill in the "Application Form for Issuing Special VAT Invoice with Red Letters" and provide Rmtzn to the competent tax authority.
(1) There is no need to replace the invoice for the same quantity of unit price products.
(2) The original ordinary invoice is returned for a different quantity of unit price product, and a new invoice will be issued. If the value-added tax invoice is issued in the current month and has not been certified, the original copy will be returned and a new invoice will be issued. If the original has been certified, the red-letter VAT special invoice notice issued by the tax bureau where the customer is located shall be provided, and the invoice shall be issued according to the notice. For uncertified invoices issued every other month, customers need to fill out the "Application Form for Issuing Special VAT Invoices in Red Letters" to the competent tax authority. Due to the tax bureau's restrictions on the red-letter value-added tax invoice notice issued by the seller, the processing time is relatively long. It is recommended that the customer verify the invoice and proceed according to (2).
Maintenance
For those who meet the above conditions, in principle, customers should bring relevant certificates and goods to Rmtzn customer service outlets for return and repair services; if the goods need to be returned by express or mail under special circumstances, they must be confirmed with Rmtzn customer service outlets before shipment. Acceptance number, otherwise it will not be accepted; if the return and repair are caused by the customer, the freight will be borne by the customer; if the return and repair are caused by Rmtzn, the freight will be borne by Rmtzn.
Due to the regulations on the management of value-added tax invoices, the processing of special value-added tax invoices must be processed within 90 days from the original date of issuance.
